Καταχώρηση Ονομάτων Χώρου με κατάληξη co.gr Αδειοδότηση Η Inet Hellas είναι νόμιμος ιδιοκτήτης του Εθνικού και του Κοινοτικού Σήματος co, καθώς και του Ονόματος Χώρου co.gr. Σύμφωνα με τις διατάξεις της υπ΄αρίθμ. 351/76 – ΦΕΚ 717Β – 27.5.2005 (Άρθρο 5) Απόφασης της Εθνικής Επιτροπής Τηλεπικοινωνιών και Ταχυδρομείων (ΕΕΤΤ), κάθε ιδιοκτήτης Ονόματος Χώρου με κατάληξη .gr, μπορεί να καταχωρεί για τρίτους Ονόματα Χώρου πίσω από το δικό του Όνομα Χώρου. Ως εκ τούτου, η Inet Hellas, βάσει της παραπάνω κανονιστικής πράξης, και σύμφωνα με τους όρους της Γενικής Άδειας που κατέχει από την ΕΕΤΤ (Α.Μ. 01-253) για τους κωδικούς δραστηριοτήτων Α0701, Α0901 & Α1002, έχει το νόμιμο δικαίωμα να διαθέτει Ονόματα Χώρου στο διαδίκτυο της μορφής www.onoma.co.gr, είναι δηλαδή το μητρώο Ονομάτων Χώρου με κατάληξη co.gr Domain Name Registration co.gr Registration license Inet Hellas is the official owner of co trademark for the Greek and the European Union territory, as well as the official owner of the co.gr Domain Name. According to the Greek National Regulatory Authorities (NRA) Regulation Articles 351/76 - Official Journal 717Β - 27.5.2005, every .gr internet Domain name owner has the legitimate right to offer to any third party, third level Domain Name registration beyond its own Domain Name. As such, Inet Hellas, given the above Regulatory Act, together with the "General Licence" (A.M. 01-253) for business activity codes Α0701, Α0901 & Α1002, obtained from the Greek National Regulation Authorities (NRA), is the official registry for third level internet Domain Name registration under co.gr, i.e of the form "www.name.co.gr".
